I received my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University in 2019. Since then I have worked various roles as a Mental Health Counselor. I opened my private practice in 2024.

My goal is to help clients achieve healing and peace while working to reach their personal goals. I provide Mental Health Counseling for trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, eating disorders, and grief and loss.

I specialize in Trauma and PTSD treatment (sexual trauma, childhood trauma, religious trauma, medical trauma, grief and loss). I utilize a trauma-informed approach including Progressive Counting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I have experience working with all ages.

Costs may vary depending on your copay and insurance coverage. Below are my rates for services:

Intake session – $145
60 minute sessions – $120
45 minute sessions – $90

Yes! I offer virtual sessions through a secure link. I request that you have a private space for your session that is free from distractions.
